Terms of Use

Last updated October 25, 2026 · Yalla is made by Rihan.

These terms are written to be read. By using Yalla you agree to them. If something here is unclear, email [email protected].

Yalla is not an emergency service. It can't call for help, and a location can be late, missing or off by some distance. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).

1. Who can use Yalla

2. Sharing your location

3. Families

4. Be kind

Don't use Yalla to stalk, harass, threaten or harm anyone, to break the law, or to try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours. Moments, names and photos you add must be OK to show a child or a grandparent. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules.

5. Testing

Yalla is in testing. Features can change, and things can break. We fix problems as fast as we can and tell you what changed in What's new.

6. What we're responsible for

We work hard to make Yalla accurate and reliable, but it depends on your phone, its settings, your connection and map data we don't control. Yalla is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Rihan isn't liable for losses that come from a late, missing or wrong location, a notification that didn't arrive, or the app being unavailable.

7. Ending

You can stop using Yalla and delete your account anytime (how). We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, except where your local law gives you rights that can't be changed.
