Stuck? Most fixes are here
I signed up but haven't gotten an invite
We send invites within a few hours. Come back to this page to see where yours is. Check your junk mail too. iPhone invites come from Apple, and TestFlight emails come from TestFlight.
Apple's email asks me to sign in
Sign in with the same Apple ID you use for the App Store. That's how TestFlight knows it's you. You don't need to do anything else on that website.
Google Play says the app isn't available
You're probably signed in to Google Play with a different Gmail than the one you gave us. Open Google Play, tap your picture, switch to that Gmail, then tap Install Yalla here again.
I can't find Yalla after installing
Swipe down on your home screen and type Yalla. On Android, it's also in the app drawer (swipe up).
The orange button doesn't open Yalla
Make sure Yalla is installed first. Then open this page in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android), not inside a messaging app, and tap the button again.
My family can't see where I am
Open Yalla and look at the top of the bottom panel. If it says sharing is off or paused, tap it and follow the steps. Yalla tells you exactly what's missing.
